I found this fashion nightmare high on the very infrequently travelled West Face of Cascade Peak, wandering around in avy terrain above those huge cliffs. Orange and red? ...Atrocious.
Convinced him to return to the safety of Utah Valley.
Made it down ok.
cool- I have been up and down the 2 big west facing chutes at the Southern end of Cascade. This looks like them?
ReplyDeleteNo, It's the ridge coming down from the main summit that we took down into one of the chutes just north of those others. We skirted some cliffs at the bottom. I need to go check out those chutes too.
